Educator.
Born in the Rural Municipality of Eriksdale, the daughter of Omer Massicotte (c1879-1962) and Clerinda Saint Hilaire (c1887-1969), she received education at Abberville School, St. Malo School, St. Pierre, St. Joseph’s Academy, and the University of Manitoba (BA, BEd). She taught at Otterburne, Dominion City School (1952-1953), Pembina Crest School, Glenlawn Collegiate, and in the St. Boniface School Division, as Principal of Beliveau School and Librarian at Tache School for 10 years. She married Raymond Thuot (?-2008) and had one daughter and three sons. She died at the St. Boniface General Hospital on 20 July 1988.
