Educator.
Born at Grand Valley, Ontario on 15 February 1882, daughter Hannah Crewson (1841-1895) and Lorenzo Dow Crewson (1841-1910), she moved to Portage la Prairie with her family around the late 1890s, following the death of her mother. She completed her education at Portage Collegiate Institute (1905), graduated from Central Normal School (1908), and taught at Fairfax School (?-?), Hamiota School (?-?), and Sidney School (1912-1920), the latter at which she was Principal and taught alongside her sister Laura G. Crewson (1884-?). In 1921, she moved to West Vancouver, British Columbia where she taught in its school district until retiring in 1945, when she returned to Manitoba and lived at Carberry with her brother. She died at the Winnipeg General Hospital on 4 September 1954 and was buried in the Portage Hillside Cemetery.
