Agricultural implements dealer.
Born at Winnipeg on 15 December 1869, one of six children of William Thomas Vincent and Catherine Ross, he operated a sawmill for two years then, at the age of 24, he sold fanning mills for the next three years, after which he went to Stonewall and sold agricultural implements. He died at Stonewall on 16 December 1923 and was buried in the All Saints Victoria Cemetery.
