Educator.
Born at Deloraine on 1 August 1906, daughter of Annie Gowan Stirke (1870-1951) and Donald Lament Livingstone (1862-1952), she attended the Brandon Normal School and taught in southwestern Manitoba, including at Brock School (?-?). She was Principal of St. Charles School (1929-1931), taught in greater suburban Winnipeg area, including at Chapman School (1942-1946) and Windsor School (1948), as well as in classroms at Rivers Camp and Pinawa. She retired in 1971 and lived at Winnipeg. On 7 September 1931, she married Samuel John Lower (?-?) at Deloraine and they had three children. She died at the Grace Hospital on 20 July 1996.
