Educator.
Born at Rural Municipality of MacDonald on 20 May 1918, daughter of Reita Smith (1890-1952) and Ernest Howard Smith, and sibling of Joyce Barry Smith and Bert Howard Smith, she attended Daniel McIntyre Collegiate and Wesley College, the latter at which she was on both the basketball team and theatre troupe.
Following graduation, she embarked upon a career in ducation, including work as Principal of Willowdale School (1940-1941) and teaching at Killarney School (?-?) and Boissevain School (1945-1947). Later, she worked in the Winnipeg School District, teaching at General Wolfe School (1957-1967) and R. B. Russell Vocational School (1967-c1980?), after which she retired.
On 11 July 1949, she married Keith Robson Kellet (1924-1989) at Greenwood United Church, had one daughter, and lived at Winnipeg. She was a member of the Kirkfield Park United Church choir.
She died at the Nanaimo Travellers Lodge in Nanaimo, British Columbia on 31 August 2004.
