Albert Lee Herron

Educator.
Born at Deloraine on 12 December 1895, son of Albert Herron and Annie Hamilton, he was educated at Deloraine School and the University of Manitoba (BA). He taught in rural schools then was Principal of Ninette School (1929-1931) and West Kildonan School (1940-1948). He taught science at the Manitoba Technical Institute and the Manitoba Normal School (1949-?) and was a School Inspector in the Turtle River School Division (c1962). On 12 February 1925, he married Marie Holm at Winnipeg. They had no children. He died at Winnipeg on 2 January 1970.
