Educator.
Born at Inwood on 26 April 1918, at the age of 18 she received a temporary certificate that enabled her to teach for a year at a remote school in the Alonsa district. She then received formal teacher training at the Central Normal School and embarked on teaching career that spanned over 30 years, including at Normandin School (1942-1944) and St. Francois Xavier West School (1946-1947) and service as the Principal of St. Francois Xavier Centre School (1947), Erickson School (1948-1949), Charleswood School (1952-1953), Royal School (1954-1955), Phoenix School (1967-1969), Columbus School (1969-1975), and Arthur Oliver School (1975-1977). She died at Winnipeg on 14 February 1983.
