Educator.
Born in 1934, he became a teacher, working at Herriot School (1952-1953) and Edmund Partridge School (1955-1956) and serving as the Principal of Collicutt School (1960-1965), Laidlaw School (1969-1970), Beaumont School (1971-1987), and River West Park School (1987-1992). In 1957, he married Eileen Alice Dilk (1937-2018) and they had two children. Active in officiating youth basketball for over 40 years, in 2005 he was inducted into the Manitoba Basketball Hall of Fame. He died at Winnipeg on 22 June 2020.
