Surveyor.
Born at Winnipeg on 8 October 1882, son of Ebenezer McColl, brother of Samuel E. McColl, he graduated from the University of Manitoba and worked as a Dominion Land Surveyor and civil engineer until retirement in 1947. He died at the King Edward Hospital on 14 June 1977 and was buried in the Brookside Cemetery.
