Community activist.
On 26 June 1954, she married lawyer Charles Richard Huband at Westminster United Church and taught for three years at Cecil Rhodes School before having two daughters and a son. She volunteered at Westminster United Church, Manitoba Chamber Orchestra (President, 1974-1979), Manitoba Liberal Party, Prairie Theatre Exchange, University Women's Club, Canadian Club of Winnipeg, Canada Council for the Arts, nd Board of Regents of the University of Winnipeg. In recognition of her community service, she received a Prix Manitoba Award (1998). She died at Winnipeg on 3 December 2013.
