Lawyer.
Born at Winnipeg on 21 April 1966, son of Donald and Myrna Hrabinsky, he grew up in East St. Paul, attended River East Collegiate, and received a Bachelor of Science (1987) and Bachelor of Laws (1991) degrees from the University of Manitoba. He practiced tax and securities law with Thompson, Dorfman, Sweatman and then with Fillmore Riley. He taught at the University of Manitoba Law School and was course head for the tax section of the Law Society’s Bar Admission Course. He was an active community volunteer serving as President of the Winnipeg Humane Society, and on the boards of the Misericordia Health Centre and Rainbow Society. He was also devoted to the traditions of his Jewish faith. He died at Winnipeg on 5 November 2002 and was interred in the Shaarey Zedek Cemetery.
