Educator.
Born at Manitoba around 1914, daughter of Mabel Henrietta Qually (c1888-1919) and Arthur Brusch (c1888-1961), she grew up on the family farm near Starbuck and attended the Central Normal School. She was a teacher at Elm Bank School (?-?) and was Principal of Grosse Isle School (1943-1944), Neelin School (1944-1945), and Phoenix School (1945-1946). By the early 1960s, she had married Harold Duffy and resided at Headingley. By 1987, she was living in Alberta.
