Shipbuilder.
Born at Riverton on 20 June 1927, eldest son of Mike and Helen Zagozewski, as a youth he worked in his father's blacksmith shop. In 1953, he began working at the Riverton Boat Works and eventually became a partner in the company. He was instrumental in building such vessels as Namao, Lady Selkirk, H. M. Wilson, and Keystone, along with numerous fishing boats used on Lake Winnipeg. On 26 June 1954, he married Iris Gislason (1936-2007) and they had four children. He was a member of the Elks (Riverton Lodge #530). He died at Riverton on 16 September 2006.
