Publisher and editor.
Born at Portage la Prairie on 11 July 1910, son of Archibald Shaw and Isabel McLean, he was publisher (1945-1957) and editor (1945-1958) of the MacGregor Herald. In 1958, he moved to Winnipeg. On 16 September 1939, he married Fanny Ivy Parr and they had one son, Gary Alexander Shaw. He died at his Winnipeg residence, the Cambridge Hotel, on 9 November 1973 and was buried in the Brookside Cemetery.
