Theatre owner.
Born at Dufrost on 28 September 1911, son of merchant Nicholas Prygrocki (1880-1950) and Paraskevia “Polly” Romanchych (1889-1964), he was raised at Fisher Branch and moved to Winnipeg where he attended the University of Manitoba and received a degree in Electrical Engineering in 1934. He operated movie theatres around Winnipeg for many years, as well as in Wasagaming, until retirement in 1975. He served as President of the Wasagaming Chamber of Commerce, Manitoba Motion Picture Association, and Canadian Motion Picture Association. He was a member of the Walter Bohonos Chorus, the Koshetz Choir, and the Holy Family Church Choir. He died unmarried at the Misericordia Hospital on 22 September 1980 and was buried in the Glen Eden Memorial Gardens. At the time of his death, he lived at 622 Oxford Street.
