Eugene Jean O'Sullivan

Educator.
Born in Quebec in 1868, he was educated at Levis College, Laval University, and the University of Michigan. He attended and later became a teacher at the Packard Commercial School in New York. In 1890, he went to Victoria to take charge of a private business school and in 1897 established a chain of private business schools in Ontario and the Maritimes.
In 1899, he began operating business schools in Winnipeg and Brandon and acquired the Winnipeg Business College in 1900. He went to Montreal in 1916 and established the O'Sullivan College of Business Administration.
In 1892, he married Marie Adelia “Flora” Bolduc (1875-1951) and they had five children: Eugene Marcel (1893-?), Flore (1894-?), Paul William (1896-?), Jeanne (1905-?), and Leigh George Joseph Jean (1906-?).
He died in 1941 and was buried in the Cimetiére Notre-Dame-des-Neiges at Montreal, Quebec.
