Memorable Manitobans: Julius Isaac “Jack” Neaman (c1928-2016)

Businessman.

Born in Winnipeg around 1928, son of Morris Neaman and Luba Erinberg (?-1978), he carried on the family business Neaman Fur Company until retirement in 1990. He was a member of the Royal Manitoba Yacht Club (Commodore, 1999-2010) and Shaarey Zedek Synagogue (President). He was married twice, first to Lillian and second to Jo-Anne. He died at Winnipeg on 23 July 2016.
