Memorable Manitobans: Ken Narvey (c1944-2010)Legal Researcher. Born and raised in the North End of Winnipeg, he attended the University of Manitoba, winning several academic awards and scholarships from Harvard, MIT and Oxford. After graduation, he became a legal researcher and moved to Montreal, using his skills in order to bring war criminals, especially Nazis, to justice. He was an advocate and chief participant in the Coalition of Concerned Congregations and Crimes Against Humanity. He lobbied Parliament to change laws regarding war criminals.
