Legal researcher.
Born and raised in the North End of Winnipeg, he attended the University of Manitoba, winning several academic awards and scholarships from Harvard, MIT, and Oxford. After graduation, he became a legal researcher and moved to Montreal, using his skills in order to bring war criminals, especially Nazis, to justice. He was an advocate and chief participant in the Coalition of Concerned Congregations and Crimes Against Humanity. He lobbied Parliament to change laws regarding war criminals. He died at Winnipeg on 17 January 2010.
