Educator.
Born at Grandview on 1 January 1915, son of Charles E. McNeill (1865-1955) and Ethel Mary Jeffrey (1884-1978), he attended Artemesia School, Grandview High School, and Dauphin Normal School. On 17 August 1942, he married Helga Johanson (1918-2016) at Dauphin and they had two children. He farmed in the Langruth area and served with the Royal Canadian Air Force as a pilot and link instructor.
His career in education included service at Artemesia School (?-?), Sulphur Creek School (?-?), Wilson River School (?-?), Airedale School (1955-1956), and Langruth School / Langruth Elementary School (1957-1976; Principal 1958-1976). He retired in 1976 to Neepawa where he died on 24 November 1984 and was buried in the Neepawa Cemetery.
