Educator.
Born in the RM of Winchester on 12 August 1920, daughter of Ethel Collen (?-?) and Edward Caldbick (?-?), she married farmer Benjamin Howard “Ben” Franklin (1907-1953) and they had two children before his death. She taught at Thirlstane School (?-?) and later at Dand School (1954-1957). In 1957, she married Ralph Nelson Manshreck (?-?) and they had two more children. She died at Deloraine on 29 August 2013 and was buried in the Del Win Cemetery.
