Manager.
Born at River Bourgeois, Nova Scotia in 1877, son of M. J. T. and M. M. Macneil, he was educated at St. Francois Xavier College. In 1897, he started teaching school in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia then he came to Winnipeg in 1905 and entered the motor business. He engaged with the Dunlop Tire and Rubber Goods Company in 1906 and moved to Calgary, Alberta in 1909 to establish a new branch there. He returned to Winnipeg in 1911 as Manager of the company's Western Division. He died at his Winnipeg residence, Apt. 8 - Ross Apartments, on 23 November 1920 and was buried in the St. Mary's Roman Catholic Cemetery.
