Memorable Manitobans: Kenneth Romayne Kennedy (1893-1965)Lawyer Born at Westport, Ontario in 1893, he came to Winnipeg in 1910. He was a partner in the law firm iof Kennedy and Kennedy and was made a King's Counsel (1943). He and wife Alma Pauline Kennedy (?-1983) had two children: Phyllis Kennedy (1923-1939) and William Halvor Kennedy. He was a member of the Law Society of Manitoba, Canadian Bar Association, Manitoba Bar Association, AF & AM (St. John's Lodge), and Khartum Shriners.
