Engineer.

Born at Winnipeg on 28 July 1923, son of Paul Hallson (c1897-1973) and Mary Emily Buason (c1902-1987), he attended Daniel Mcintyre Collegiate and the University of Manitoba, graduating from the latter in 1945 with a degree in Electrical Engineering. After a brief stint in the Canadian Army near the end of the Second World War, he joined Winnipeg Hydro and rose to become General Manager (1978-1988). He died at Winnipeg on 18 December 2006.
