Educator.
Born at Sanford on 23 April 1920, son of Albert Wesley Hall (1872-1945) and Frances Addison (1879-1980), he was educated at Sanford School and the Winnipeg Normal School, graduating from the latter in 1941. He was a teacher in the Morris-Macdonald School Division until retirement in 1987, working at Minnesota School (1941-1942), Kirkfield Park School (1942-1943), Sanford School (1945-1952), and Brunkild School (Principal, 1964-1972).
He and wife Mary had a son. He was a member of the Canadian Order of Foresters. He died at Carman on 17 July 1995 and was buried in the Sanford Cemetery.
