Educator.
Born at Winchester, Ontario on 8 May 1873, son of Rufus Earle and Catherine Redmond, brother of Richard Wesley Earle, he was Principal of Napinka School (1897) and Killarney School (1898-1901) to help pay his way though post-secondary education and graduated from the University of Manitoba (LLB 1904).
By 1911, he had established a legal practise at Battleford, Saskatchewan where he was extensively involved in the community. He was President of the Battleford Board of Trade, Law Society of Saskatchewan, and Battlefield Bar Association, was Senate Member of the University of Saskatchewan, Mayor of Battleford (1912), served as an administrator of the local judicial district, was a school trustee, and was a memember of the board of governors for the community hospital. He was named a King's Counsel (Saskatchewan) at some point prior to October 1917, when he relocated with his family to British Columbia, settling first at Vancouver and later Dawson Creek. He continued in his profession until retirement in November 1949. He and his wife Catherine [Katherine] Elizabeth Barry (1882-?) had at least one child, Mona Redmond Earle (1911-?, wife of Thomas Arthur Kelley).
He died at St. Paul's Hospital at Vancouver on 30 November 1949 and was buried in the Ocean View Burial Park at Burnaby.
