Educator.
Born on a farm near Arden in June 1904, daughter of Frank Eames (1857-1934) and Anna Eames (1873-1955), she taught at Arden School and Selkirk South Ward School (1945-1958) and was Principal of the Ruth Hooker School (1958-1962). She served as Superintendent of the Selkirk CGIT and was a member of the Selkirk United Church and Business and Professional Women’s Club. She died suddenly at Selkirk on 22 June 1962 and was buried in the Arden Cemetery.
