Educator.
Born at Minnedosa on 24 January 1897, daughter of Ellen Maria Moffatt (1876-?) and William Fletcher (1869-?), she grew up on the family farm at 21-21-15W and became a teacher around the time of the First World War. She taught at Bower School (?-?), Edington School (1917), Rosamond School (1918-1920; Principal 1918-1919), and Bracken School (1922). On 24 October 1923, she married James Archibald Dodd (1888-1971) at McCreary. She died at Buffalo, New York in March 1996 and was buried in the Woodlawn Cemetery at Orchard Park.
