Florist, athlete.
Born at Winnipeg on 5 May 1931, he went to St. Paul’s High School and United College. He was active in sports and was the Canadian junior speed skating champion in 1947. He owned Cholakis Florists in Winnipeg and was a member of the West Winnipeg Rotary Club. In 1958, he married Lillian Paulos and they had two children. He served on the Board of Directors of Balmoral Hall School and St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church. He died at Winnipeg on 6 January 2002.
