Businesswoman.
Born at Winnipeg on 26 May 1940, daughter of Samuel David Dreman (1914-1974) and Zelda Silverman (1913-2000), she opened a furniture store in downtown Winnipeg with her husband Fred Brick. They prevailed in a five-year legal battle against a much larger firm that wanted to prevent them from using the family name on the business. She continued her husband’s column in the Winnipeg Free Press after his death. She died at Winnipeg on 13 July 2018.
