Born in London, England on 9 April 1882, son of William A. A. Weston and Elizabeth Davis. Married Alma Penny, 29 June 1909. Has one son and a daughter. Was educated at the public school, and evening classes. Was in the Cape civil service (South Africa) for ten years. Came to Canada where he has been engaged in children’s welfare work for many years. Member of the Kiwanis Club. Member of the Child Welfare League of America. Only Canadian on the Executive. Recreations: Tennis, golf, bowling. Anglican. Address, 67 Monck Street, Winnipeg.
