A. Stuart R. Tweedie

Educator, cleric.
During the Second World War, he served in the Royal Air Force, in Great Britain and Burma. From 1949 to 1975 he was Director of the Extension Division at the University of Manitoba. He served as President of the St. Andrew’s Society of Winnipeg (1964-1965) and chaired the City of Winnipeg's Library Committee, for which he received a City of Winnipeg Community Service Award (1971). He was ordained a priest in the Anglican Church in 1975. He and wife Berniece Agnes Stewart (?-2008) had a daughter. He died at Saskatoon, Saskatchewan on 30 September 1994.
