Architect, civil servant.
Born at Lintlaw, Saskatchewan on 24 October 1923, his family moved to Regina in 1928. During the Second World War, he served in the Royal Canadian Navy and, following his military discharge, he attended the University of Manitoba, receiving an Architecture degree in 1949. He worked as a district architect for the federal Department of Public Works for 30 years, retiring as Regional Director. In 1950, he married Isabelle Yvonne Mossing (1924-1992) and they had a daughter and two sons. He died at the Grace Hospital on 14 September 1992.
