Lawyer.
Born at Winnipeg on 21 June 1931, in his youth he played with the Winnipeg Stellars that won the Canadian Junior Basketball Championship in 1950 and 1951, for which the team was inducted into the Manitoba Sports Hall of Fame in 1995. He attended the University of Manitoba Law School, graduating in 1958 and was called to the Manitoba Bar. He practiced commercial law in Winnipeg and was appointed a Queen's Counsel in 1977. He died at Winnipeg on 9 November 2020.
