Memorable Manitobans: Roger “Bob” Millier (1932-2014)


Born in 1932, one of seven children of Arsène Millier (1892-1971) and Marial Millier (?-?), and sister of Yolande Paquin, he worked as a school teacher and Principal (Frontenac School, 1957-1969), and later Assistant Superintendent of the St. Boniface School Division. He died at the St. Boniface Hospital on 17 September 2014.
