Memorable Manitobans: Joel Millejour (1864-?)Farmer. Born at Montreal, Quebec on 19 March 1864, he came to Manitoba in 1882. He married Jane Cook. They had one son and three daughters. He was a member of the School Board for several years, and the Presbyterian (United) Church. In 1925, he lived at Snowflake, Manitoba.
