Memorable Manitobans: Edythe Ellen King Marsh (c1889-1960)Publisher. Born at Winnipeg in 1889, daughter of George King and Anna Frances Chisholm (1861-1921), her family moved to Dauphin in 1899 where they were active in newspaper publishing. She was Publisher of the Dauphin Herald (1949-1960). On 22 September 1913, she married William Stanley Marsh at Dauphin and they had three children: William King Marsh (1914-?), Alfred James Marsh (1916-1942), and Helen Frances Marsh. She was a member of Dauphin Presbyterian Church (later Dauphin First United Church). She died at Dauphin on 25 November 1960 and was buried in the Dauphin Riverside Cemetery.
