Memorable Manitobans: Frank Nicholas Lupkowski (1929-1991)
Educator.
Born at Hadashville on 16 February 1929, son of Nicholas and Mary Lupkowski, he attended Zamek School and Teulon School. He then embarked on a teaching career, at Grand Marais School (1949-1965) and Starbuck School (1965-1977). He retired early and lived at Winnipeg. He died there on 16 March 1991 and was buried in St. Vital Cemetery.
