Memorable Manitobans: Walter Alexander Kostiuk (?-?)
Educator.
He was the Principal of Ethelbert School (1933-1936) and Happy Thought School (1937-1943). In 1970, he received a Manitoba Centennial Medal for “his many years as a teacher and Principal in Manitoba and his activity in various other educational organizations.”
