Born in Somersetshire, England, 28 January 1863. Came to Manitoba in 1883. Employed for some time on Waldron Ranch, and then purchased 19-2-8, where he has since resided. Married Cecelia Ellen Bamford, 1898 (deceased). Had three sons and one daughter. Member of the Anglican Church. Address, Manitou, Manitoba.
