Educator.
Born at Wales in 1872, he immigrated to Canada in 1904 and was the Principal of Russell School (1905). He later moved to Winnipeg where he resided at 123 Dagmar Street and was Principal of Seven Oaks School (1909-1913), after which his whereabouts are unknown.
