Memorable Manitobans: Marcel Jamault (1936-2018)


Born at Notre Dame de Lourdes in 1936, son of Georges Jamault (?-1940) and Analda Jamault (?-1997), he received a Master of Education degree in 1972. He taught at rural schools then in the Winnipeg School Division, at J. B. Mitchell School (1966-1969) and Earl Grey School (1972-1973). He concluded his teaching career as the Principal of Ecole Sacré-Coeur. He died on 6 August 2018.
