Journalist.
Born at London, England on 17 March 1894, son of G. T. Honnor, in 1915 he enlisted in the Canadian Expeditionary Force and served overseas until 1919. He then attended the Central Normal School and taught at Mapleton School (1920), South Springfield School (1922), Transcona (1921-1928) and later at Selkirk and Cross Lake. He worked for newspapers at Sussex and Halifax (Nova Scotia) and was Sports Editor and Night Editor for the Winnipeg Tribune (1928-1935). On 31 August 1920, he married Frances Irene Gaudin (1896-1988) at Transcona. They had one son. He was a member of the Masons (St. Johns Lodge). He died at London, Ontario on 4 April 1964 and was buried in the Glen Eden Memorial Gardens.
