Memorable Manitobans: George Edward Graham (1873-1912)Merchant. Born near St. Mary’s, Ontario, he worked as a hardware clerk before obtaining employment with Eaton’s department store. In 1906 he was sent by Eaton’s to its new store in Winnipeg to head its crockery and china section. He died in the sinking of the RMS Titanic in 1912.
