Broadcaster.
Born on 13 February 1950, one of three children of physician William A. “Bill” Gorrie (1921-1973) and Christina “Chrissie” MacAulay (1923-1999), he worked at CKRC Radio for 25 years, rising from disc jockey to program director before joining sales manager Terry O'Rourke to buy the station around 1995. He became President and General Manager of CKRC and CKWG-FM. He served as President of the Broadcasters Association of Manitoba (1988) and Western Association of Broadcasters (1991). He died at Winnipeg on 19 July 2011.
