Musician, community activist.
Born at Willow Bunch, Saskatchewan on 22 September 1934, she studied at a boarding school at Gravelbourg. She moved to Winnipeg in 1952 to complete high school and also received a piano diploma. She worked as a disc jockey and announcer at CKSB radio, and later was cultural coordinator and director of CCFM. She was a member of the St-Martyrs and Les Intrépides choirs, and was a founder of Mélo-Mani Inc., which became the Alliance chorale Manitoba. She also worked for the National Film Board, John Aaron Productions, Winnipeg Film Group, and Productions Rivard. In recognition of her community service, she received a Prix Riel (2001). She and husband Paul “PH” Fournier (?-2011) had five children, including Lianne Thérèse Hélène Marie Fournier. She died at Winnipeg on 28 December 2007.
