Memorable Manitobans: Olga Foltz (c1926-2000)

Community activist.

A champion for the poor, she was founding Executive Director of the Manitoba Anti-Poverty Organization, in the late 1980s. She received the Citizen Activist Award from the Joseph Zuken Memorial Association. She died on 18 July 2000 and was buried in Brookside Cemetery.
