Suffragist.
Born in Brant County, Ontario on 10 January 1884, daughter of James Flett and Isabella Bowie, she married Frederick John Dixon on 15 October 1914. The couple had two children: Doris Muriel Dixon (1916-?) and ? Dixon (1922-?). Flett and her sister Lynn were members of the Political Equality League in Winnipeg; she served on its Executive for many years. She was a stenographer and a member of the Canadian Women’s Press Club. She died of pneumonia at Winnipeg on 16 May 1922 and was buried in the Brookside Cemetery.
