Civil servant.
In 1903, he was a public health inspector for the federal government, with a territory stretching from Winnipeg to the Atlantic Ocean. He was an early member of the Holly Snowshoe Club. In 1911, he built an apartment block on St. Johns Avenue that bore his name. He died at his Winnipeg residence, Suite 2 Fisher Apartments, on 22 May 1928 and was buried in Montreal, Quebec.
