Municipal official.
Born in South Russia (now Ukraine) in 1920, son of Johann Herman Enns and Agathe Unruh (?-1978), he worked at Monarch Industries and served as a Winnipeg city councilor in the 1960s. On 30 September 1944, he married Irene Wieler (1924-2022) and they subsequently had four children. His passions included choral music, symphony, operate, and theatre. He died at Winnipeg on 14 September 2006.
