Restauranteur.
Born at Canton, China on 17 November 1946, daughter of Lap Kwan Yeun and Lane Liang Chung, she moved to Hong Kong in 1958 then to Winnipeg in 1972. Two years later, she married Peter Yick Fo Eng (c1946-2001) and they subsequently had two daughters and a son. In 1978, they opened Mitzi's Restaurant in downtown Winnipeg that became known for its homemade chicken fingers. She retired from the business in April 2024 and died on 1 December 2024.
